Recently Qantas was in news for it’s airplanes being in problems (here and here) esp. the hole in fuselage of a Boeing 747-400.

Another Qantas jet (Boeing 737-800) had to make an emergency landing. The plane made an emergency landing at Adelaide Airport (37 minutes after taking off from the airport) after a door opened during flight to Melbourne.
